Scope of Application
This refund policy applies to products purchased through the Caydo official website or authorized official channels.
Refund requests must first meet the return conditions or warranty conditions (see Return Policy and Warranty Policy for details).
Scenarios Eligible for a Refund
Order cancellation scenarios.
Return scenarios that comply with the Return Policy.
Warranty scenarios under the Warranty Policy: when a replacement(part) is not possible, or the customer chooses a refund instead.
Refund Amount
I. Full Refund
A full refund of the actual amount paid for the product (excluding original shipping fees, unless the issue is due to our responsibility) will be issued in any of the following circumstances:
- The order has not been shipped and the cancellation is successful.
- The order delivery fails, or the package is lost in transit(as determined by the tracking information).
- The return is due to a quality issue, and the returned product and accessories are complete.
- The return is caused by our error (wrong item sent, product damage, incorrect accessories, etc.).
- The product cannot be repaired or replaced within 60 days.
II. Partial Refund
- The returned product is missing original packaging or some accessories: a corresponding fee will be deducted.
- The product was purchased under a promotion or discount: the refund will be based on the actual amount paid.
- For returns due to non-quality reasons: the original outbound shipping fee is non-refundable, and any additional charges incurred (taxes, customs duties, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
- Other partial refund solutions mutually agreed upon by Caydo and the customer.
III. Non-Refundable
- The return or warranty claim is submitted beyond the applicable time limit.
- Customized products, clearance / final sale items, or digital products.
- The returned product does not match the product originally sent (e.g., swapped or a different item).
- Valid proof of purchase cannot be provided.
- Products returned without our authorization.
Refund Methods
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment account used for the purchase. Should your original payment account become invalid, please notify us before the refund is processed. If we process the refund without prior notice of such invalidity, the refund cannot be reissued.
Refund Timeframe
We typically process refunds within 2 business days, and the funds are expected to be credited back to your original payment account within 3 to 7 business days. Please note that the above are estimated timeframe, the actual receipt of funds depends on your financial institution.
Refund Request Process
Step 1: The customer submits a refund request via email to support@caydo.com, including the order number, product information, and issue description.
Step 2: Customer service will review the request based on our applicable after-sales policies. Should the request be in accordance with our policy, our customer service team will provide further guidance on the corresponding procedure. If not, you will be informed of the reason, and you may be required to furnish any additional information we may need.
Step 3: Upon completion of the relevant procedure, our customer service will consult with you regarding the refund issue. Once an agreement is reached, the refund will be processed within 2 business days.
Step 4: The customer can expect to receive the refund within 3–7 business days. Please check your account. Refund process completed.
