Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

We provide a 12-month warranty for Caydo machine products. Within one year from the date of delivery,  you may contact us to obtain warranty service in the following cases:

  • Product quality defect: If the product has any quality defect (i.e., Functional failure caused by equipment, materials, or manufacturing defects).
  • Product damage: If the product arrives with damaged packaging or product damage upon delivery.
  • Wrong item received: The product you received does not match your order (e.g., incorrect model, specification, or color).
  • Product missing: The product is lost during transit. The shipping status and delivery confirmation of the product shall be determined based on the tracking information or proof of delivery provided by the carrier.
  • Accessories missing: The package lacks the necessary accessories as listed on the packing list upon delivery.

 

Warranty Application Process

Step 1: Contact us via email at support@caydo.com and provide the following necessary information:

  1) Order number and the name of the product with the issue.

  2) Detailed description of the product issue.

  3) Clear images or videos showing the product issue.

Step 2: We will verify the authenticity of the product issue. If the information provided is incomplete, we may ask you to provide additional necessary details for confirmation.

Step 3: We will inform you whether your claim is eligible for warranty coverage. For eligible claims, we will further provide you with proper solutions.

Step 4: Once you agree to the proposed solution, we will execute the plan within 2 business days.

*For products with quality issues, we may request that you send the product back for quality inspection if necessary.

 

Warranty Solution

Once the issue is confirmed under the warranty coverage, we will offer you one of the following resolution options based on the situation:

  • We will supply the free replacement part for the defective component.
  • We will supply a free replacement of the same brand-new product.
  • We will offer a partial or full refund depending on the situation.

*Caydo will cover the shipping cost for sending replacement parts or products under warranty.

 

The following situations are not covered by the warranty:

  • Product beyond the warranty period.
  • Free items.
  • Accessories, packaging, tools, consumables, or other non-machine items.
  • Scratches or wear that do not affect product performance.
  • Valid proof of purchase, receipt, or invoice cannot be provided, or is reasonably determined by Caydo to be forged or altered.
  • Products not purchased through www.caydo.com or other authorized official channels.
  • Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair without our prior consent.
  • Issues caused by improper operation, such as failure to follow the user manual for installation, use, or maintenance, including but not limited to: moisture ingress, foreign object intrusion (e.g., water, oil, sand particles).
  • Damage or failure caused by force majeure events (e.g., fire, earthquake, flood).
  • Other circumstances not explicitly covered by this policy.

*Please note that this warranty applies only to machine products purchased from the Caydo official website or authorized official store, and does not cover accessories, packaging, tools, consumables, or other non-machine items.
