Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

Consumers may cancel an order before it has been shipped.

If the order has already been dispatched, the customer will need to wait until the parcel is received before requesting a return according to our return policy.

Before Receiving the Product

Customers may request a full refund before the order has been shipped.

Once the parcel has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible and the order will need to be handled through the return process after delivery.

After Receiving the Product

After receiving the product:

Quality-related issues
If the product has a verified quality issue, we will cover the return shipping and logistics costs.

Non-quality related returns
If the return is requested for personal reasons (such as preference, incorrect order, or no longer needed), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any applicable taxes or customs duties.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it.

If the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To help us resolve the issue efficiently, please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging

Our support team will review the information and determine the appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Gift cards
Digital downloads or downloadable products

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item.

Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

For exchanges not related to quality issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If the order is shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

The item must still be:

• unused
• unworn
• in original packaging with tags
• accompanied by proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and applicable taxes.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
