Product Return Request
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item purchased from the Caydo website.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, or opened but unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the proof of purchase. Please note: Virtual products are non-returnable (e.g., gift cards, digital downloads or other downloadable products).
To initiate a return request, please contact us by emailing support@caydo.com and providing the following information for review:
- Order number and the names of the products to be returned.
- Reason for the return.
- Clear photos demonstrating the condition of the product being returned—specifically, that it is unopened (if applicable), unused, retains its original tags, and includes the original packaging.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with specific instructions on how and where to send the product back. Any product returned directly without our prior authorization will not be accepted, and no refund or exchange will be processed.
Return Shipping Cost Responsibility
Upon receiving the product, please carefully inspect the packaging, appearance, parts, and functionality for any abnormalities.
- Quality-related issues
If the product is verified by us to have a quality issue((i.e., Functional failure caused by equipment, materials, or manufacturing defects), we will cover the return shipping costs. - Non-quality related issues
If the return is requested for personal reasons (e.g., personal preference, size issue, wrong purchase, no longer needed, expectation discrepancy, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any applicable taxes or customs duties.
Return for Refund or Exchange
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, and confirmation that it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund or process an exchange as you request.
Return for a Refund: You will receive a full refund. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. (Please note: For returns not due to quality issues, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. Additionally, any extra shipping-related charges incurred (including but not limited to taxes, customs clearance fees, handling fees, and shipping costs) will be deducted from your refund.)
Return for an Exchange: We will ship the replacement product within 2 business days.
Order Cancellation Request
Customers may contact us by emailing support@caydo.com and requesting to cancel the order before it is shipped. However, the actual shipping status depends on the warehouse's processing progress. (If the order has already entered the shipping process, cancellation may not be successful.)
Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be intercepted or cancelled. Once the order is successfully cancelled, you will receive a full refund. The funds will be returned to your original payment account within 3–7 business days.
If the order cannot be cancelled, you may initiate the return process once the product has been delivered.
