What yarn sizes can i1 Pro handle (Size 4, Size 6, etc.)?
i1 Pro works best with yarn sizes #2–#4 (especially Size 4 / Worsted).
Bulky yarn like Size #5–#6 is not recommended, as it may be too thick and affect smooth feeding, causing uneven cords or jamming.
For the most stable results, use smooth yarn in Size 2–4.
What yarn types should I avoid?
To keep output smooth and consistent, please avoid:
- Bulky / Super bulky yarn
- Fluffy or fuzzy yarn
- Hollow/tubular yarn (yarn with holes)
- Cotton blend yarn
- Extremely thin yarn
Is it beginner-friendly? Do I need crochet skills?
